Property owner applies for Off-site Ag Offset and submits application to Planning and Building Department.

County staff reviews application for completeness, may contact property owner for additional information.

County staff schedules on-site inspection with property owners.

County staff drafts contracts (deed restrictions) and any other applicable documents.

Property owner and county sign contracts.

County staff sends letter to property owner notifying applicant that the Off-site Ag Offset clearance is not final until well meter verification is received.

Property owner contacts Public Works Department, Ray Dienzo, to schedule well meter inspection.

Public Works conducts well meter inspection/verification.

Public Works sends verification of well meter installation to County staff.

County staff issues “final” for Off-site Ag Offset.
